Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! While we do not offer returns or monetary refunds, we are happy to offer a quick and easy size exchange within 7 days of delivery on eligible products.
Logistics & Exchange Fees
A ₹199 logistics and handling fee applies to all size exchanges.
If your desired exchange size is out of stock: we will issue you a store credit for the value of the item, minus the original shipping fee.
Eligibility & Product Condition
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
* It must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
* All tags must remain intact.
* You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale & Promotional Items
Please note that all items purchased during a sale, discount event, or promotional offer are considered Final Sale. These items are strictly not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
How to Start an Exchange
To initiate a size exchange, please contact us at ghostconceptindia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your full name, contact details, and Order ID in your email.
Once your request is approved, our team will reach out with details on how to pay the nominal logistics fee. After making the payment, please share a screenshot of the receipt with us. We will then initiate a return pickup. Once the returned garment passes our quality check, your replacement item will be dispatched.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. In the rare case that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue. A replacement will be arranged and sent to you at no additional cost.
