Thank you for shopping at ghost concept. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (India): We offer free shopping on all orders pan-India.
    Our shipping partners are DTDC Express, Bluedart, Delhivery and Amazon.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders typically take 3-7 days to reach their destination, depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. 

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Non-Delivery & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure all delivery addresses are correct and complete at checkout. ghost concept is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.  

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply. 

5. Damages and Issues

  • If you receive your order damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us immediately at ghostconceptindia@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis and work toward a quick resolution.
